Peter and Tracey hosted the AGM this year at their place. With the cold weather past us, we were treated to a beautiful warm day in anticipation of Spring.

The official part of the meeting was kept short and simple.

Grant and Tania's efforts are much appreciated, especially when they have had some serious interruptions to their regular schedule.
Jeff has done a fantastic job keeping the books in check.
Membership fees remain unchanged from the previous year and the request for the next annual fee will go out soon.
Club funds are stable and several members during the year did not request reimbursement for costs to host the monthly meetings.
The question of getting a valve tester was raised, but it may use up a large portion of the club funds. Club members be on the lookout for any assistance in finding a valve tester at an attainable price.
Facebook presence has been inactive but it was noted that it would be useful to attract new members.
Club members are invited to assist however they can. New ideas are welcome and from time to time the committee may ask to delegate particular tasks.
No changes to the present committee.
An event for members to trade equipment is in the works.
Looking forward to the year ahead. Onward and upward!

Lunch was yorkshire puddings with beef, along with some roast vegies. There were plenty of sweets that followed.

Some members browsed through a box of valves and others retired to listen to some music. This meeting saw the social connections within the club outshining the audio equipment immediately available. It was great to see the level of socialisation going on.
